Labeled Picture

Figured I would label the picture so you could understand the ultrasound picture a little better.
To see the picture a little bigger so you can actually read my labels, all you have to do is click on it!

Growing, growing, growing!

Our little peanut is growing perfectly! We are 9 weeks and 3 days today
You can hardly tell what the heck it looks like on this ultrasound picture, but the baby is upside down. The big ol' head is on the bottom. It's crazy how much bigger it already is in just 3 weeks. You can see a little hand sticking out on the right hand side. Anyway, the heart was just beating away like crazy and the little monkey was moving around and even waved at mom and dad today! Soooooo excited! There is still just one baby in there. He/she was turning around to face us and moved around and started waving and kicking. It was the coolest thing ever. I wish I could do an ultrasound every week to see how he/she is growing, but now we don't have one again until we are about 18 weeks. Everything is moving along just fine. I feel great. My only complaint is that I have major insomnia but the nausea isn't that bad at all, I rarely ever throw up (only when I ignore the nausea and don't eat something), I do get fatigued once in a while, but I think that is mostly because I can't sleep half the time. So far so good, can't really complain about this pregnancy at all. So that's really all our news for now.

The most beautiful sight in the world!

We went for our ultrasound this morning and saw...ONE beautiful, strong little heartbeat!!!!! We are measuring 6wks 2 days and my due date is officially October 24th. It really is the size of an orange seed, but we saw that little heartbeat just going away. This little monkey is very well implanted, my ovaries look great. I can't tell you how excited we are. Mike saw the heartbeat right away and was excited. So to everyone who thought I was having twins (or more) sorry...I'm totally glad that it's just one at a time. My hcg is high but that's a good thing, means it's a strong pregnancy. I will attempt to post the picture from the ultrasound. Can't see much more than a big gestational sac and a little bean in between the little cursors, but I love it!
