8 months old!

Curious George water park at Universal

Playing in the pool at the hotel. Boy did she ever sleep well those nights after swimming.

We have failed as parents...we have a pole dancing baby hahaha

Mmmm, lunch time at Universal

Mmmmm Ice cream! Even better than lunch at Universal!

I'll be back

The Terminator motorcycle at Universal

Temporary pool until we get her a bigger one. She loves the water!

Crazy monkey is now 8 months old. Seriously going by way too fast. Samantha is so much fun. I love this age. She cracks us up everyday. Like any other baby, she has her whiney moments, but most of the time, she is the happiest baby. She now weighs 21.5lbs. Not sure how tall she is now, but her pants have to be 12months in size because of those long legs. She is still crawling backwards, but she gets around pretty darn quickly and gets to where she wants to be somehow. She loves to stand while holding onto furniture or our legs. She is sooooo close to walking its crazy. She is very good at the "downward facing dog" yoga pose or as Mike calls it, the "hut, hut" pose. She talks nonstop, ALL DAY LONG.

She is still a woobee girl. We give it to her only for going to sleep. It is so cute. As soon as you give her the woobee, she gives you a big smile, puts her thumb in her mouth and lays her head on your shoulder. She knows that the woobee means sleep time. She is still sleeping well. She rarely wakes up in the middle of the night. Her new thing is to yell "Hey" when she's ready to get out of bed. Too funny

We went to Universal Studios and spent a couple of days there with Iwan and his girl Ashley. We had a really good time. Samantha was awesome. Behaved well the whole 2 days. She loved the animal show and watching Shrek 3D. She slept through Terminator 3D. Her favorite part I think was playing in the water at the Curious George water park. This girl is such a water baby. We took her to the hotel pool everynight and she absolutely loved it. She even tried to push away from me to try and swim on her own. She is fearless. I really cannot wait to take her to Disneyland. She got her first taste of ice cream and loved it.
